When a Balleron technician visits you, they will carefully and methodically examine the three main parts of the piano: the action-keyboard section, the harmonic structure and the cabinetry and marquetry. We take the greatest of care in preparing our pianos. They are then placed in wooden cases in accordance with international standards. For Japan, Akiko Okayasu-Wada can manage all customs formalities.
